Cancellation due to Service Quality
If you are not fully satisfied with our service then you can ask for an immediate cancellation of the contract and we will refund the unused proportion of your fees in full. For example, if you have paid 50% advance for a website but you cancel the contract while the home page is being designed, we will deduct the home page design cost and refund the balance amount.
Cancellation due to Delay in Starting the Work
After your initial payment has been made, we generally allocate the required resource(s) within one week. Please note that one week of lead-time is usually required to prepare properly for commencing the service, and is not included in the period charged for i.e. the fees is charged only from the actual work start date.
If we are unable to commence the Service within one week of you making your first payment for the Service then we will notify you of that fact before the week expires. You will then have the choice of either waiting for the allotment or canceling your order and receive a full refund.
